How do I search for a product on the Scholl Footwear website?
This guide will show you the step-by-step guide of how to find a specific product on the Scholl Footwear website. The easiest way to find what you're looking for is to search for it. The 'Search' button appears on every page throughout the on line shop, on the Dark Blue coloured row of buttons. As shown in the screen shot below;
We have made two easy options available to you to help find the product you want;
1. Search
This is the simplest method to search our entire site. On clicking here a search box will appear enabling you to type in any attribute of the item you are looking for. This can be a colour, a material, a code you may have seen advertised, part of a name of a shoe etc. Simply type what you are looking for into the box and click 'Search'.
If you don't find what you want straight away, here are a few tips:
Remember to keep it simple
Best results are often obtained if you enter just one key word such as blue or strap. Try using the least common words. (Don't use words like 'the', 'and', 'a', etc. which will produce many results.)
2. View products by Technology or by Range 'Toggle'
On the left hand side of the screen under the banner displaying some of our range you will see a button that displays either 'View by Technology' or View by Range'. The button is shown circled in red in the screen shot below;
By clicking on the button, it will toggle between the views and change the products being displayed making it easier to find the product you are looking for.

Here at Scholl we want to ensure that buying a product from our website is as easy and secure as possible. To do this we have incorporated the latest in online security and created this guide to show you the step-by-step process to buying an item from the Scholl Footwear website.
ENHANCED SECURITY
For enhanced protection when shopping online, the Scholl Footwear website is now using the Verified by Visa security programme from Visa and the SecureCard system from MasterCard. Both allow you to create your own personal password to use as an extra security measure for any online Visa or MasterCard payments you make. Before we begin. We will assume that you have already logged in to the Scholl Footwear website and found the product you wish to buy.

From the item detail page where a large image of the shoe is found along with selection details available. You will see a list of choices along the right hand side of the screen. To progress to the purchasing of the shoe you will need to select the relevant details. The choices are;

How do I register with the Scholl web site?
This guide will show you the step by step guide to registering with the Scholl Footwear website from the home page. If you are already in the shop please skip to step two.
Step one
Click on the online shop link which can be found on the top banner. This will take you to the Scholl online shop.
Step two
From the online shop home page you will see a login/register button on the second navigation bar from the top of the page, identified by the red circle on the image below. Please click on this button.
Step Three
You are now at the login screen for Existing and New Customers. Once you have an account this is where you can login to place an order or update your personal details. But as you are a new customer lets walk you through the screens you need to complete to register.
On this screen please click on Create Account identified by the red circle below..
Step Four
You are now at the registration page that allows you to enter your billing address, a delivery address if it differs from your billing address, you contact details such as a telephone contact number and also your e-mail address along with a password for when you return to the site in the future and want to place further orders.
You now need to enter all the details as required on this page. Please note that any fields where an asterisk appears which looks like *, that field must be filled in before your registration can be completed.
Towards the bottom of the page you will need to enter your contact e-mail address and then a password that you can use on the site. It is important to use a password that you can easily remember such as your first pets name or the secondary school you attended etc. Both your e-mail address and password will need to be re-entered to allow our system to double check it has captured the correct information.

Finally you can choose to have your computer remember your details to allow you to access the site easily in the future by ticking the box, additionally you can also choose to receive e-mail notifications and special offers from us in the future by ticking the second box.
Step five
Once you have entered all of the mandatory information you will need to click the proceed button at the bottom of the page which will then take you back to the shop and keep you logged in until you choose to log out of the site or close the internet browser window.

This guide will show you the step-by-step guide how to resolve an issue you are having with your password. If you have forgotten your password or accidentally forgotten your password please follow the steps below. If you have a different problem with your password please contact us.
Step one
Click on the online shop link that can be found on the top banner. This will take you to the Scholl online shop.
Step two
Please click on the login in to account button found on the left hand side of the second yellow option bar from the top of the page.
Step Three
At the login screen we have added a forgotten password link highlighted with a red circle below. This can be found underneath the login/register options box. Please click on this link.
Step four

Once you have completed making your changes please ensure that you select the proceed button at the bottom of the page to save your changes, this will also send you back to the shop front page.
